Beta Terms and Conditions

1. Beta Service
Orakos is a pre-release beta product. The service is still under active development and may contain defects, outages, broken workflows, security issues, or inaccurate outputs.
2. Use At Your Own Risk
You understand that beta software can behave unexpectedly. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time, with or without notice. Orakos does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data retention, or error-free operation during the beta.
3. Backup Plan and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own backup plan and keeping separate copies of any data, roadmaps, plans, deadlines, reports, or other information you consider important. Do not rely on the beta as your only system of record.
4. No Liability for Beta Issues
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orakos and its operators are not liable for loss of data, lost business, missed deadlines, service interruption, inaccurate output, corrupted records, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the beta.
5. Feedback
If you provide bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you agree Orakos may use that feedback to improve the product without restriction or compensation.
6. Acceptance
By creating an account for the Orakos beta, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Beta Terms and Conditions.
